CLOSING UPDATE: College Closed Tuesday-Wednesday

UPDATE: All campuses will be closed again tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17, due to inclement weather and road conditions. All Calhoun Community College campuses will be closed tomorrow Tuesday the 16th due to inclement weather.

College Closed January 12 Due to Inclement Weather

January 11, 2018

Due to the threat of inclement weather, all campuses of Calhoun Community College will be closed on Friday, January 12. At this time, classes will be held on Saturday, January 13 as scheduled on the Huntsville campus.

Calhoun Announces Plans For Future Of Athletics

Decatur, AL – Calhoun Community College President Dr. James Klauber, Sr. today announced that as a result of a meeting held recently with several members of the North Alabama Legislative delegation a plan is being developed for the possibility of athletics remaining at Calhoun beyond the end of the 2018 spring semester.

Calhoun to Conduct PTK Induction Ceremony for LCF Students

Decatur, AL – Calhoun Community College today announced that the college will conduct an induction ceremony for students enrolled in programs the college teaches at Limestone Correctional Facility (LCF) who have met the requirements to become members of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK), the international honor society for two-year college students.

Calhoun to Host Annual Veterans Day Program

THERE'S STILL TIME - UAH/Calhoun Computer Information Systems Scholarship

Through a partnership between the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) and Calhoun Community College, students attending Calhoun who are interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems now have the opportunity to apply for a Scholarship for Service (SFS) grant which will provide a three-year scholarship (one year at Calhoun and the following two years at UAH).

Calhoun Announces Increase in Grad Rates
