We prohibit commercial marketing of visitor information and the disclosure of personal information without the prior consent of the visitor.  We will not obtain personally-identifying information about you when you visit our site, unless you choose to provide such information to us, such as an email address. We use your email address to respond appropriately. Speech and Expression in Outdoor Areas

For purposes of this policy, the Campus Community includes a College’s students, administrators, faculty, and staff, as well as the invited guests of the College and the College’s recognized student organizations (including organizations seeking recognition), administrators, faculty, and staff.

Members of the Campus Community shall be permitted to engage in expressive activities in outdoor areas of College property with general access during regular hours of College operation. Expressive activities are defined as those activities protected under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 4 of the Alabama Constitution, including any lawful verbal, written, or electronic communication of ideas; lawful forms of peaceful assembly, protests, and speeches; distributing literature; carrying signs; and circulating petitions.

The Calhoun Community College website is designed and maintained by the Calhoun Public Relations Office and technologically supported by Calhoun’s Information Technologies Department.

Calhoun Community College owns all photographs of students and participants taken at Calhoun events and reserves the right to use these photographs for college promotional materials, both digital and print. Students who do not wish to have their photographs used must have a “Do Not Use Photograph” form completed and on file in the Calhoun Public Relations Office.

All documents, data, and information is subjected to an approval process in the Public Relations Office at Calhoun Community College.
