Public Relations
The PR team provides services in graphic/web design, public and media relations, advertising campaigns, signage, website support, photography, trade show swag, social media, print materials (publications, flyers/posters, and brochures), as well as event marketing.
All requests for services by Calhoun’s PR team will only be accepted through the electronic PR request form. Verbal or written requests are not permitted. Please note the turnaround time for general requests is 14 business days, while more extensive requests such as logo designs, marketing campaigns, booklets, banners, brochures, etc. could take up to 21 business days. Requesting services in a timely fashion is vital to ensuring turnaround times and deadlines can be met. For requests needed sooner than 14 business days, please contact the PR Office directly prior to submission.
The Public Relations team does not offer design services for internal announcements, such as baby showers, personal/departmental events, retirements, student/club organizations, or for external organizations using the College’s facilities for events. For such requests, individuals can utilize the free design tools links using their .edu email addresses, as well as college-branded templates that can be downloaded or accessed from this page.
