Enrollment Verification

Enrollment Verification for Outside Entities

All outside entities with the exception of students must use National Student Clearinghouse for verification requests (see examples below):
  • Employers,so that their alumni can be quickly and efficiently verified for jobs
  • Student service providers,so that their students can take full advantage of the many discounts and services available only to students or graduates
  • Student lenders, including loan servicers and guaranty agencies, so eligible students will continue to receive student loan deferments
  • Schools, state and local educational authorities to determine the current and historical enrollment status of students

Enrollment or Degree Verification for Students & Alumni

Students and Calhoun Community College graduates have several options for certifying their enrollment or degree.

  • Current students may make an enrollment verification request through the student portal.
  • Alumni who have not been enrolled at Calhoun within the past 18 months may submit a paper enrollment verification request. Download the Enrollment Verification Request form.
  • Students and alumni may also go directly to the National Student Clearinghouse for verification.
