Digital Literacy
GOAL Alabama offers free Digital Literacy classes in both the Huntsville and the Athens areas.
The class will cover Computer Basics, Internet Basics, Windows 10, and briefly cover the basic principles of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. This is an entry-level computer class designed to boost your digital confidence and provide you with the computer skills and training to compete in for today’s job market.
To register for Digital Literacy classes, please attend one of the following PAIRS of orientation/registration sessions:
Calhoun Community College
Our next enrollment sessions for the Decatur and Huntsville campuses are listed below. Enrollment consists of two 3-hour sessions. Attendance at BOTH sessions is required to begin your course. No need to register now, simply show up for the pair of enrollment sessions you wish to attend.
Bring to Orientation: Valid Photo ID, SS card, proof of residence. Under 18 students please call 256-890-4793 or 256-306-2536 for additional paperwork required. You will not be allowed to register without correct documents.
