John Harbin Lineworker Scholarship
The January 2021 winner and recipient of the John Harbin Scholarship is Micah Bates. Although the weather was cold and wet, the graduates were very happy to be a part of the rodeo. Calhoun Workforce Solutions Director, Houston Blackwood said the students voted to continue with the outside event commenting, “This is what we were trained to do.”
