About This Course
Computer support specialists are tech-savvy problem solvers who provide help and advice to people and organizations using computer software and equipment. The Computer Support Specialist course prepares students for the CompTIA A+ certification exam and provides skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and customer service. Students will become proficient at installing and updating computer hardware and software and find solutions to common technical problems.
