The Introduction to Homebrewing course is designed for beginner to intermediate level brewers seeking to understand the basics of brewing, fermenting, and packaging beer at home. This six-session course will combine lecture sessions to educate the participants on the process and science of brewing and hands-on brewing exercises to reinforce elements of the lessons. The first three sessions focus on theory and equipment, while the final three sessions focus on processes and best practices – including brewing, fermenting, and packaging a beer with the head brewer.
The course will be conducted in the Fractal Brewing Project education room and brew floor. After completing the course, participants will have the knowledge and basic equipment required to continue successfully brewing at home.
