Center for Cybersecurity Education

The Center for Cybersecurity Education at Calhoun Community College provides cybersecurity education and community outreach to promote cyber safety, preparing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals through ethical and legal conduct training.

Health Partnerships

Calhoun Community College’s Health Partnerships include an American Heart Association Training Center offering on-campus CPR and instructor certification resources, and a collaboration with Alabama Emergency Medical Services Region 1 (AERO) to support pre-hospital healthcare education across eleven North Alabama counties.

Standardized Patient Program

The Standardized Patient Program at Calhoun Community College offers health sciences students a realistic, low-risk environment to develop and refine essential communication, empathy, and bedside manner skills by interacting with trained students and community members portraying patients in various clinical scenarios.

BEST Robotics

The Tennessee Valley BEST Robotics program at Calhoun Community College engages middle and high school students from North Alabama and South Central Tennessee in free, hands-on robotics competitions, fostering STEM education and preparing students for future careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
