“I chose to apply for the F.A.M.E. program because it had a two-year co-op component with a well-known company, plus an associate’s degree.”

“My co-op provided mentors for each area of the plant that work with me and help develop skills for the maintenance field.”

“My advice to students is to try to learn something new every day at work and don’t become stagnant.”
