All first-time students are required to meet with an advisor. For your convenience, we currently offer: in-person, phone or virtual appointments. It is recommended that students meet with an advisor at least 2 weeks before registration begins to ensure they are in the correct program of study and are making the correct course selections for their programs.

Academic Advisors can meet with you on a variety of topics: degree planning, transfer, careers and majors, etc. For assistance, please email advising@calhoun.edu

*Please note that Calhoun Community College will be closed for the holidays Monday, December 22nd and will reopen Monday, January 5th.

Due to the high volume of students, the advising office will be accepting walk-ins only January 5th through January 16th. Normal operations will resume Tuesday, January 20th.
