Student Disability Services at Calhoun Community College is dedicated to ensuring that students with documented disabilities have equal access to all educational opportunities. We provide environmental and programmatic access, as defined in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008. Requesting Accommodations

For first-time requests for academic adjustments and modifications, students must submit a completed Request for Accommodations Form to The Center for Student Disability, Counseling, & Support Services. If you’re a continuing student, simply complete the form and select “Request the same academic adjustments and modifications as the previous term.”

  • Returning after a break? If you haven’t been enrolled in classes for two consecutive terms or more, please contact the office directly.
  • Accommodations are not retroactive. Be sure to submit your requests early.
