Computer support specialists are tech-savvy problem solvers who provide help and advice to people and organizations using computer software and equipment. The Computer Support Specialist course prepares students for the CompTIA A+ certification exam and provides skills in problem solving, troubleshooting, and customer service. Students will become proficient at installing and updating computer hardware and software and find solutions to common technical problems.
