Calhoun Community College will recognize and honor its top students for the 2023-24 academic year during the college's 54th Annual Honors Day program, on Friday, April 26th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Kelley Gymnasium on the Decatur campus. Each year, Calhoun's Student Services Department hosts a self-nomination process, open to students who meet the college's top ten academic eligibility criteria. Documentation GuidelinesIn order to more effectively determine eligibility for services and to create an optimal plan for the individual, the College has established documentation guidelines. However, no student should delay requesting accommodations out of concern for not having the appropriate paperwork. All documentation will be reviewed case-by-case. It is the student’s responsibility to provide documentation (within the last year) to the office of Student Disability Services and to request accommodations by completing a Request for Academic Accommodations form. There are several avenues for providing documentation. You and your medical professional may also choose to complete the Impairment and Disability Assessment form.…

This 2-1/2 year training program leads to the position of Instrument Mechanic at a Nuclear Power Plant.
